We are 100% self sufficient. All you need to provide for us is a space to set up.

Prior to our arrival the room set-up is organised by the client: tables, chairs, linen (if required) and table styling/florals.

We can accommodate most dietary requirements. Our paella are always Gluten, Nut and Dairy free and whilst all care is taken, please remember we do not operate an allergen free kitchen. Please talk to us before your event so we can make a plan. Clients are responsible to advise us of any clients with known anaphylactic allergies.

Our paella is mild in spice whilst still being bold in flavour. We do not use chili. We use both sweet and smoke paprika and black pepper that adds some heat to the rice.

Longhouse are happy to leave leftover Paella/and or other items with you in shallow foil trays, which need to be cooled quickly in a refrigerator to below 5°C. We recommend using the leftovers the next day, making sure to reheat food to a temperature of at least 75°C, or until steaming hot. If using a microwave, stir food regularly to ensure even heating.

Yes! We operate a fully registered kitchen that meets all food safety regulations in Victoria and Southern NSW, so your event is always in safe, professional hands.

No, as we are not licensed to sell or handle alcohol or associated glassware for any events.

We use complimentary eco-friendly, compostable bowls with a flat bottom and rounded sides—easy to handle while standing, even with prosecco and handbags in hand! -
