Travel

*$59 Flat Rate Travel applies to venues that are located 31km-200km from the Longhouse Paella and Catering registered kitchen premises at Cobram East 3644. The $59 Flat Rate Travel is only applicable for orders of and above $1500 (including the GST).

$0 Travel for all of our Locals 0km-30km from the Longhouse Paella and Catering registered kitchen premises at Cobram East 3644, for orders of and above $1500 (including the GST). Travel outside of these above conditions by agreement with the Client and Longhouse Paella and Catering.

Quotation and Prices

Longhouse Paella and Catering will provide a quotation by email. This written quotation will remain valid for 30 days from date of issue or as specified in the quotation. While all attempts are made to maintain published prices, they may be subject to change at the discretion of Longhouse Paella and Catering . If prices differ, the client will be informed before the event date. Prices include the Gst.

Children/Small serves of Paella

Longhouse Paella and Catering only offers the one set serving size of Paella.

Confirmation of Booking with a deposit

Longhouse Paella and Catering considers confirmation of the event upon receipt of the Completed Longhouse Paella Google Booking Form and receipt of a deposit. Events $2000 and under require a $200 deposit. Events between $2001 - $5000 require a $500 deposit. Events over $5000 require a deposit as agreed upon by the client and Longhouse Paella and Catering. Deposits are credited to final invoices and as per our cancellation terms below.

Payment Terms

Full prepayment of all known costs is payable 10 full working days prior to the event date. Prior to this, Longhouse Paella and Catering will issue a Tax Invoice and email it to the client directly via Quicken. Payment can be made by cash or direct credit (Click on the invoice to see the EFT details provided on the Tax Invoice). All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge as of 1st January 2025. Outstanding accounts may incur a charge of an additional 10% of the total invoice.

Cancellation

In the instance that you need to cancel your event, the following conditions will apply if a deposit has been held by Longhouse Paella and Catering. All cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the event date, 80% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs 21-60 days (inclusive) prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to the event date, the cancellation fee will consist of the total deposit and all non-refundable charges.

Where circumstances beyond Longhouse Paella and Catering’s control prevent Longhouse Paella and Catering from fulfilling any obligations, Longhouse Paella and Catering will be released from this agreement without penalty.

Confirmation of Guest Numbers

‍Longhouse Paella and Catering requires confirmation of final numbers attending your event at least 10 (ten) working days prior to the event date. If the confirmed number of guests decreases Longhouse Paella and Catering will still charge the confirmed number of guests. If the confirmed number of guests increases Longhouse Paella and Catering will endeavor to accommodate any requests at late notice. Additional guests will be invoiced for immediately after the event.

Surcharges will apply for all events held on public holidays (15%)

Longhouse Paella and Catering does not operate with a Liquor License and therefore will not be involved in the handling or distribution of any alcohol.
