Your ideas were on point. When I teach my food students about creating menus we always do a design brief because I think it’s really important the client knows exactly what they want. For some people my brief might have been over the top, or too intimidating, but you took it on with gusto. I was happy for you to do what you did well, and you did. ALL dishes took thought and were executed perfectly. You hit my brief. I thought it worked well because you listened and then told me exactly what you needed out of me. That was important.
